Report: Mats Hummels fit to start against Besiktas
Sport1 is reporting that Dortmund defender Mats Hummels is set to start against Besiktas in the Champions League after recovering from a knee injury.
Mats Hummels is expected to come back into Borussia Dortmund's starting eleven for their Champions League opener against Besiktas tomorrow.
Hummels has been struggling with persistent knee problems in recent months and has been limited to just 17 minutes of playing time this season so far.
But, according to Sport1, the 32-year-old German international is fit to start in Turkey tomorrow.
Most recently, Hummels played the last six minutes in Dortmund's 4-3 victory over Bayer Leverkusen.
