PSG midfielder Georginio Wijnaldum claims he held talks with Bayern München before signing for the French Ligue 1 outfit.
Georginio Wijnaldum has revealed he held talks with Bayern München before joining Paris Saint-Germain on a free transfer from Liverpool.
"There were talks with Bayern. But that was a while ago," Wijnaldum confirmed in an interview with L'Equipe.
"I also had negotiations with Inter, which made a very good impression on me - the impression you want to have as a player."
Bayern brought in Dayot Upamecano, Marcel Sabitzer, Omar Richards an Sven Ulreich during the summer transfer window.
