Antalyaspor come calling as Dortmund try to shift Haller

Die Schwarzgelben are hoping to get the Ivorian striker off the books and free up some of his annual salary.

According to a report by Yagiz Sabuncuoglu, a meeting recently took place between Sébastien Haller and representatives of Antalyaspor.

The Turkish club inquired about the experienced striker's condition and regarding the terms of a potential transfer.

Haller, who bagged 4 goals last season on loan at Utrecht, is still under contract with Borussia Dortmund until 2026.

However, it's possible that his salary prevents a move to the Süper Lig given the Ivorian reportedly earns €9million a year in Dortmund.

Utrecht could offer only half a million per season. Perhaps signing with Antalyaspor would be a bit more worthwhile for Haller.

While the Dutch club would like to keep Haller in their ranks, a new option may also be available for the Ivorian.
