Goalkeeper: Kaua Santos, Eintracht Frankfurt
Replacing the injured Kevin Trapp, Kaua Santos made his first start for Eintracht Frankfurt and impressed, making seven saves to help his team to a clean sheet.

Full-back: Tom Rothe, Union Berlin
Marauding up and down the left flank, Rothe scored Union Berlin's opener and also played a key role in their second goal as his pass found Jeong Woo-yeong after the ball had struck a Hoffenheim defender.

Centre-back: Dayot Upamecano, Bayern Munich
An overall convincing performance from the Frenchman, who won five tackles and completed 96 percent of his passes.

Centre-back: Piero Hincapie, Bayer Leverkusen
Made a big impact off the bench, scoring a goal, completing 91 percent of his passes and making four interceptions.

Full-back: Maximilian Mittelstädt, Stuttgart
A strong force on the left side of the defense, he made two assists and completed 100 percent of his passes, including five key passes. 

Defensive midfielder: Atakan Karazor, Stuttgart
As always, a key figure in Stuttgart's midfield, winning nine of 11 tackles, completing 88 percent of his passes and setting up a goal.

Winger: Michael Olise, Bayern Munich
A stunning performance from the Frenchman, who scored two goals and provided two assists.

Attacking midfielder: Florian Wirtz, Bayer Leverkusen
As always crucial for Leverkusen, getting on the scoresheet, completing 10 of 14 dribbles and 92 percent of his passes.

Winger: Vincenzo Grifo, Freiburg
Scored a brace for Freiburg and completed 92 percent of his passes.

Striker: Harry Kane, Bayern Munich
Scored a goal and added two assists in Bayern's 5-0 rout of Werder.

Striker: Deniz Undav, Stuttgart
Gave Stuttgart the perfect start against Dortmund with an early goal and also scored the fifth and final goal.
