According to a report from fussball-news.de, Arsenal are preparing a €40 million offer for RB Leipzig star Antonio Nusa.

The report claims that the Gunners are leading the race for the Norwegian international, alongside London rivals Tottenham Hotspur.

Newcastle United, Aston Villa, AS Roma, AC Milan, Inter, Juventus, Napoli, Bayern Munich, Barcelona and Atlético Madrid are also mentioned among the clubs monitoring Nusa.

However, the report states that Leipzig have no interest in letting Nusa leave during the winter transfer window, while the player himself is not pushing for a move either.

Die Roten Bullen's asking price is said to be €60-65 million – some way above the initial offer Arsenal are reportedly preparing.

Nusa has made a strong start to the season, racking up three goals and two assists in six appearances for RB Leipzig.
