    Bayern München

The Rekordmeister reclaimed the Bundesliga title that they have very much made their own in recent years after Bayer Leverkusen dropped points away at Freiburg.

After looking like potential champions all season long, Vincent Kompany's men now have the opportunity to celebrate in front of their fans and indulge in the Bayrische-bier tradition following match proceedings.

It is also a historic day as supporters say goodbye to Thomas Müller, who will leave the club after a 25-year-association with Bayern.

    Team News

Müller may get the nod to start for the champions with the title being secured.

Elsewhere, Hiroki Ito, Raphael Guerreiro, Dayot Upamecano and Alphonso Davies are all absent through injury.

    Borussia Mönchengladbach

Gladbach's season has petred out in recent weeks after looking like strong European contenders since the turn of the year.

Die Fohlenelf are winless since the end of March, and played out a 4-4 draw on home soil against Hoffenheim last time out.

Sitting in ninth place, any European hopes have all but dissipated; however, the club are now looking at a potential promising summer and subsequent progression next term.

While talk regarding a potential extension for head coach Gerardo Seoane has simmered, there are positive signs moving forward for the Foals.

    Team News

Nico Elvedi remains out due to a ligament strain. While Marvin Freidrich, Moritz Nicolas, Nathan N'Goumou and Niklas Swider are all unavailable for selection.
