Bayern and Chelsea linked with wantaway Man United prodigy JJ Gabriel

Since featuring for Man United's U-18 side, Gabriel has produced an impressive 34 goals and 6 assists in 35 games across all competitions.

As reported in The Athletic, Bayern Munich are among several top clubs who have courted Manchester United youngster JJ Gabriel.

The player, regarded as one of the best talents coming out of English football, is asking to leave the Red Devils to become a free agent.

Fabrizio Romano has also backed up these claims, stating Bayern made some calls to understand the 15-year-old's situation.

However, the transfer specialist added that's as far as Bayern have got at the moment, while several other top clubs are equally interested.

Sources at Transfermarkt.com have also linked fellow Premier League outfit Chelsea FC with the wantaway Man United talent.

Gabriel, who predominantly plays as a left-winger or an attacking central midfielder, already has two England U-17 caps.

The youngster is also eligible to represent the Republic of Ireland, Cyprus or Trinidad & Tobago thanks to his parents' heritage.
