Bayern Munich are keen to offload one of their highly-paid wingers this summer, according to Sport Bild.

Following the breakthrough of Michael Olise, the report claims that the Bavarians are looking to get one of Leroy Sané, Serge Gnabry or Kingsley Coman off their wage bill.

Sané, who like Olise prefers to play on the right flank, is out of contract at the end of the season. According to recent reports, Bayern and Sané are optimistic of agreeing a new deal, although the 28-year-old would have to take a pay cut of between €2 million and €4 million.

Under contract until 2026, Serge Gnabry has enjoyed plenty of game time under Vincent Kompany. Like Sané, he's unlikely to get a new deal unless he accepts a pay cut, and the fact that he's the oldest of the three, turning 30 next year, could work against him.

Finally, Coman was on the verge of a move away from Bayern last summer, only for a move to Saudi Arabia to fall through. The injury-prone winger has shown an impressive resurgence in form in recent weeks and is under contract until 2027.

The report further claims that if the Bavarians don't make a high-profile move for a player like Florian Wirtz or Xavi Simons this summer, Paul Wanner could return from his loan spell at Heidenheim to replace one of Sané, Gnabry or Coman in the squad.

Preferring to play in a central role, Wanner is not a typical winger, but earning just around €2 million a year, he would help Bayern save on wages.

Bayer Leverkusen and RB Leipzig have been linked with the 18-year-old, who has made great strides on loan this season.
