Kicker reports Moussa Diaby is yet to agree on severance payment with Al-Ittihad ahead of a proposed move to Bayer Leverkusen. Although AC Milan are also linked with the player, the winger has already agreed with his former club.

According to Kicker, the transfer fee will also be less than €30 million. The 27-year-old former French international has a contract at the Saudi Pro League club until 2029. The former PSG player joined his current club for €60 million from Aston Villa a couple of summers ago.

Diaby scored 49 goals in 172 games for Leverkusen before his €55 million transfer to the Premier League side in 2023. The 11-time French international played in Al-Ittihad’s first competitive game of the season yesterday as he assisted one of the goals in a 4-1 win over UAE’s Al-Jazira Club in the Asian Champions League preliminary qualifiers.
