According to Kicker.de, Borussia Dortmund has concluded Luca Reggiani is "not at the necessary level" to meet their high expectations.
As other sources have reported, a transfer in winter is therefore “likely; ideas for such a move were already well advanced in the summer.”
Among other possible suitors, the Italian U-21 international has recently been linked with Inter Milan and their city rivals AC Milan.
However, the transfer fee Borussia Dortmund would be willing to accept for Reggiani has not yet been fully disclosed to date.
With his current contract running until 2029, the 18-year-old who has only played 50 minutes this season could still cost a decent fee.
