Borussia Dortmund's Serhou Guirassy has supposedly agreed to transfer from the Bundesliga to Fenerbahçe this summer.

Turkish journalist Yagiz Sabuncuoglu reports that presidential candidate Aziz Yildirim has reached an agreement with Guirassy and BVB.

Should Yildirim win the election at the Turkish Süper Lig outfit, he intends to land the Dortmund striker as his marquee signing.

The final vote count is expected to take place in the coming days. It will be carried out no later than the general meeting on 6 and 7 June.

Regardless of the number of attendees, the count will go ahead, with a total of 44,741 club members are eligible to vote.

According to Sabuncuoglu, Guirassy has begun gathering information about Istanbul in preparation for a possible summer move.

Whether this will ultimately lead to a transfer remains to be seen. However, the initial steps have apparently been taken.

Last season, the 30-year-old finished as the third-highest goal-scorer with 17 alongside a solitary assist in 33 Bundesliga games.
