Eintracht Frankfurt have confirmed that Nathaniel Brown suffered a minor calf injury in Sunday's away match against 1.FSV Mainz 05

However, the 22-year-old will still to join the German national team who face Switzerland and Ghana this March.

The full-back's situation is being monitored closely and Frankfurt remains in regular contact with the DFB medical staff.

Meanwhile, the Hessen club also expressed concerns for Nnamdi Collins and Jean-Mattéo Bahoya who were also withdrawn in the 2-1 loss.

After the final whistle, the medical team said Collins suffered an ankle injury, while Bahoya was diagnosed with a thigh injury.

Both players have had to withdraw from their U-21 international matches and are unavailable to coach Albert Riera until further notice.

Regarding Collins' setback, Germany U-21 coach Antonio Di Salvo said he is aware of the news and “received feedback that it won't work”.
