After an underwhelming 2023/24 season, Sebastien Haller's future at Borussia Dortmund has been called into question.

However, Bild now reports that the Ivorian striker will stay at least until January.

New signings Serhou Guirassy and Maximilian Beier will both be ahead of Haller in the pecking order.

However, with Guirassy sidelined for several weeks with a knee injury, Haller could still get a fair amount of playing time in the coming months.

Niclas Füllkrug has left the club, while Youssoufa Moukoko is heading for the exit door after declaring his desire to move on.

Haller, 30, has scored 12 goals in 41 games for Dortmund since joining from Ajax for a reported €31 million in 2022.
