After 12 years at RB Leipzig, Yussuf Poulsen looks set to move on this summer.

According to Sky Germany, Hamburger SV have opened talks with RB Leipzig about signing the 31-year-old striker.

Both Poulsen and Die Roten Bullen are reportedly open to a transfer, but it remains unclear whether he will end up in Hamburg, as the newly-promoted side can't match his current salary, which is believed to be around €6 million per year.

Poulsen, who has made a record 425 appearances for Leipzig, has one year left on his deal.
