Erik ten Hag is getting his wish for a new centre-back very soon: Bayer Leverkusen are in the final negotiations with Sevilla over a transfer of Loïc Badé!

The 25-year-old is expected to join die Werkself for a fee up to €30 million, according to Sky Germany. Personal terms between the player and the club are 100% agreed, with a contract until 2030 in place.

Sevilla stand firm on their request of €30 million - Leverkusen however, are still trying to get Badé for a little bit less.

With no hijacks from other clubs expected at this point, it's only a matter of (short) time, until both clubs reach an agreement on the fee - Leverkusen want Badé before the 2025/26 Bundesliga season starts next Friday.

The French international has featured in 93 games for the Spanish club ever since his transfer from Stade Rennes in 2022.
