Borussia Mönchengladbach have been among the Bundesliga's most positive surprises this season until now.

And in order to continue the positive development in the second half of the season, Gladbach coach Dieter Hecking has informed sporting director Max Eberl that he's unwilling to let any players leave.

"Max Eberl knows that I'm not very willing to let any players go. I see that everything works well for us - despite the dissatisfaction that one or the other player may have," Hecking told Bild.

Thorgan Hazard is said to have caught interest from several top clubs. Meanwhile, Patrick Herrmann has been heavily linked with a move to VfB Stuttgart recently.
