Mitchell Weiser appears to be heading for the exit door at Werder Bremen, with Sky Germany reporting that he's highly unlikely to extend his current contract, which expires in the summer.

That's according to a report from Sky Germany, which claims that the 29-year-old is "highly unlikely" to extend his expiring contract.
As a result, the right-back is expected to leave the club on a free transfer at the end of the season.
Weiser most recently stole the show against former club Bayern Munich, scoring the winner in Werder's shock 1-0 win on Sunday.
