According to Bild, Bayern Munich are planning to step up their interest in Chris Führich.

The report claims that Bayern board member for sport Max Eberl wants to convince Führich to join the German champions and that the winger has a €23.5 million release clause in his contract.

Asked about the report, Stuttgart sporting director Fabian Wohlgemuth told Sky Germany:

"It doesn't surprise me that our players are also of interest to top clubs. But regarding Führich, neither the player nor the club have contacted me, so I cannot comment further on this rumor."
