Report: Boateng negotiations still ongoing

Bayern München and Paris Saint-Germain have reportedly held a new meeting regarding Jerome Boateng.
During the summer, Jerome Boateng has been heavily linked with a move away from Bayern München. So far, the German international is still in München, and he was even in Bayern's line-up on Friday when the reigning champions defeated Hoffenheim 3-1 in the first match of the Bundesliga season.

However, a move could apparently still be on the cards for Boateng. According to Bild, Bayern München sporting director Hasan Salihamidzic held a meeting concerning Boateng with Paris Saint-Germain sporting director Antero Henrique on Friday evening.

PSG are apparently still interested in Boateng despite having already bolstered their central defense with the €37 million signing of Thilo Kehrer from Schalke 04 - but only for the right price.

Bayern demand at least €50 million for the 29-year-old, but French champions aren't willing to pay that much. Instead, the PSG bosses want to discuss a new offer at the beginning of this week.

According to Kicker, PSG would be willing to offer Julian Draxler in an exchange deal for Boateng, but Draxler's agent, Roger Wittmann, has underlined that his client won't leave the French capital.

"Of course, Julian will stay in Paris," Wittmann told Sport1.
