Report: Stuttgart close to finalizing Wahid Faghir purchase
German footballing magazine Kicker reports that Stuttgart prepare to pull the trigger on the purchase of Wahid Faghir of Danish first division side Vejle Boldklub.
There had been some rumors linking 18-year-old striker Wahid Faghir with a move to the Bundesliga late last month. Germany's preeminent footballing publication now reports that--in lieu of their current deficit at the center-forward position--VfB Stuttgart have been compelled to purchase the Danish teenager.
Footballing magazine Kicker reports that the Veljle BK attacker has travelled to Baden-Württemberg and passed his medical. Both sides are apparently now in process of negotiating a final transfer fee in the neighborhood of €4 million.
