Moritz Nicolas has started Borussia Mönchengladbach's last eight games while captain Jonas Omlin has been out injured.

And although Omlin is now back and available, Nicolas will remain in goal until further notice, head coach Gerardo Seoane announced on Wednesday.

"We will continue to play with Moritz Nicolas in goal after the international break. ‘Mo’ has performed consistently well over the last few weeks and has earned his place," Seoane said, according to Rheinische Post.

“Jonas missed a lot of time last year due to injuries, so he needs to get back to 100 percent.”

Gladbach return to action at home to St. Pauli after the international break.
