Yan Diomande could still be named in RB Leipzig's squad for the training camp in Austria with a decision expected to be made on Saturday morning. The Bundesliga side will travel to Saalfelden, Austria, hours after their game against 3. Liga side Verl on Saturday.

According to Sky's Florian Plettenberg, Leipzig didn't respond to Real Madrid’s latest offer, which resulted in stalled negotiations on the day that was previously expected to be a key date for the deal. Real Madrid are surprised by Leipzig's stance, but discussions could resume over the weekend.

Diomande is still hoping to stay in Leipzig, and wait for a breakthrough in talks. A final decision on whether he'll be part of the training camp will be made on Saturday, but it's a big probability that he stays away from participating in full sessions to not jeopardise a potential deal.

There are no issues between the Ivorian winger and the Spanish giants, with Plettenberg referring to the situation as “... Diomande mentally moved on from Leipzig”. However, a total agreement should be reached between the clubs for the 19-year-old to realize his childhood dream of playing for the record Champions League winners.
