Sport Bild Report: Augsburg renew interest in Marton Dardai
hortly after his younger brother Bence made the jump to a different club, it might be the case that Hertha BSC trainer Pal Dardai's middle son is on his way out of Charlottenburg. Center back/defensive midfielder Marton Dardai is - per Germany's main sporting tabloid - being linked with a move to Augsburg. "Sport Bild" reports that the Fuggerstädter have offered Hertha some €2 million for the former Germany U21 international.
Outgoing transfer links with regard to Marton are nothing new. The current Hungarian international has even been rumored to have been courted by Augsburg before. The Bavarian Swabians were said to have offered even more for Dardai's services during the January 2023 transfer window. Marton is due for renewal with his current club, currently serving on a contract good through the end of next season.
