Samuel Mbangula looks likely to leave SV Werder Bremen before the transfer window closes on Tuesday.
The Green-Whites confirmed on Monday that the former Juventus winger is not taking part in today's training session as he has been given permission to hold talks with another club over a potential transfer.
22-year-old Mbangula was left out of Werder’s squad for Sunday’s 4-1 defeat to SC Freiburg, alongside Argentine centre-back Julian Malatini, who has also been given permission to hold transfer talks.
Mbangula, who joined Werder from Juventus for €10 million last summer, has been linked with Atalanta and Bologna in recent weeks.
