There's new news to report with respect to two former German youth internationals representing FC Augsburg in the German top flight. Apparently, central defender Felix Uduokhai has once again changed his mind on his sporting future. German transfer guru Florian Plettenberg claims that a move to Besiktas Uduokhai personally nixed earlier this summer is back on again. Both clubs and player have supposedly come to an agreement.
Plettenberg reports that Uduokhai will be sold to the Turkish outfit for a €4-5 million base-transfer-fee plus add ons. In other Augsburg-related transfer news, virtually all German footballing media outlets now report that rumors linking Uduokhai's one-time U21 teammate Niklas Dorsch with a return to Belgium are false. The 26-year-old - who collected a goal in the FCA's opening round Pokal victory - may play a bigger role under trainer Jess Thorup this season.
