Ljubicic ruled out of Köln's relegation battle with Darmstadt

FC Köln will be without Dejan Ljubicic when they take on Darmstadt in a crucial relegation battle on Saturday.
This was confirmed by FC Köln coach Timo Schultz at a press conference on Thursday.
"Davie Selke and Justin Diehl are still injured, Dejan Ljubicic is ill and will also miss the game this weekend," said Schultz.
Schultz also shed some light on who might replace Ljubicic in the middle of the park.
"Jacob Christensen made a very good debut for us last weekend. He's more than just an alternative," said Schultz.
“Martel is back. Huseinbašić was also back in full training yesterday. That means we have enough alternatives in that position.”
