Paris Saint-Germain hit the woodwork several times against Borussia Dortmund, but couldn't find the back of the net as the Black and Yellows went through 2-0 on aggregate with a 1-0 win.
After the game, Marcel Sabitzer told Viaplay that at this stage of the tournament, you need a bit of luck to get through.
“It was a hard and tough game and we had to suffer a lot. It was a bit like a rollercoaster. We defended well in the first half and had a big chance with Adeyemi. They came close and hit the woodwork three or four times, but we fought until the end,” the BVB midfielder said.
“You need a bit of luck at this stage. All the teams have a lot of quality. As you could see, they had some very good moments in their offensive, but we knew we could hurt them with our attacks,” Sabitzer added.
As for who he'd like to face in the final between Real Madrid and Bayern Munich, Sabitzer would like to see his former club come out on top.
“I have a lot of friends at Bayern, so I would be happy to see them go through. But I don't really care,” he said.
“It's out of our control. We'll see."
