The future of Thomas Müller continues to be uncertain, however a fresh rumour places him on the path to Austria.
According to 'meinbezirk.at', links towards a potential MLS move has been met with an inquiry from Europe, namely Rapid Vienna.
According to the Austrian portal, the Green-Whites' management wanted to explore the possibilities of signing the Bayern icon.
However, the chances of the 35-year-old making a move to the United States are significantly better, the report continues.
Müller made no secret of his desire to receive some unorthodox offers from lesser known sides which he would consider.
