Marsch and Leipzig looking for consistency and confidence

RB Leipzig coach Jesse Marsch believes consistency and confidence go hand in hand.
Having won just one of their last six games in all competitions, RB Leipzig need a confidence boost to find more consistency, according to head coach Jesse Marsch.

"We're a little unstable, but it's my job to give the guys confidence and explain how the way we play football is getting better," Marsch said ahead of Leipzig's clash with 17th-placed VfL Bochum on Saturday.

"It's up to me to find solutions and help us to become more clear on the pitch," added the coach.

"We need results now, and with results comes confidence."

In terms of personnel, Marsch almost has a full squad to pick from, with only Marcel Halsteberg and Dani Olmo missing due to injuries.

"Everyone else is healthy and ready," said the RB coach.
