Davies and Goretzka remain out for Bayern

Bayern München will be without Alphonso Davies and Leon Goretzka against Hoffenheim.

Bayern München coach Julian Nagelsmann has confirmed that Alphonso Davies and Leon Goretzka will miss out on Saturday's Bundesliga clash with Hoffenheim.

The duo missed Bayern's 4-0 win over Benfica in mid-week and remain sidelined, Nagelsmann revealed at the pre-match press conference.

"Leon and Alphonso are not 100 percent fit yet, they won't be available tomorrow," said Nagelsmann, who was speaking over a video call as he's in isolation due to COVID-19.

"For these two, we're looking at the DFB Pokal game against Gladbach," he added, looking ahead to Wednesday's cup tie against 'Die Fohlen'.
