Gladbach youngster Joe Scally earns first call-up to United States squad

Borussia Mönchengladbach youngster Joe Scally has received his first call-up to the United States national team.

The 18-year-old full-back is part of his coach Gregg Berhalter's 25-man squad for the upcoming World Cup qualifiers against Mexico (12 November) and Jamaica (16 November).

Scally has featured in all of Gladbach's 12 games this season so far with a goal and an assist to his name.

In addition to Scally, Berhalter has selected two Bundesliga players, with Chris Richards (Hoffenheim, on loan from Bayern) and Tyler Adams (RB Leipzig) also part of the squad.
