Frankfurt youngster reportedly nearing move to Barcelona

According to reports, Eintracht Frankfurt youngster Fabio Blanco is on the verge of a move to FC Barcelona.

17-year-old Fabio Blanco looks set to join FC Barcelona from Eintracht Frankfurt next month.

According to Catalan newspaper Sport, the youngster is on the verge of a move to the La Liga side.

Sport1 journalist Christopher Michel has confirmed that a move to Spain is a real possibility, deeming that Blanco is unlikely to stay at Frankfurt.

Blanco made the move to Germany from Valencia on a free transfer ahead of this season. He has featured eight times for Frankfurt's youth side, racking up two goals and an assist.
