Leverkusen defender tests positive for coronavirus

Bayer Leverkusen have to manage without Piero Hincapie as they begin preparing for the second half of the season.

'Die Werkself' have announced today that the 19-year-old defender has tested positive for COVID-19.

Hincapie has made a total of 16 appearances for Leverkusen, racking up two goals and an assist.

He made the switch to Germany from Argentinian side CA Talleres last summer.
