Eintracht Frankfurt have agreed personal terms with Bochum forward Sebastian Polter, according to Bild.

It's now up to 'Die Adler' to reach an agreement with Bochum, with a transfer fee in the range of €1-2 million in question.

Polter joined Bochum on a free transfer from Dutch club Fortuna Sittard last summer on a contract until 2023.

In 36 competitive games for Bochum, Polter has scored 11 goals.
