Simakan sale not a topic for Leipzig

Florian Plettenberg and Philipp Hinze of Sky Germany assert that there is anything concrete to the rumors linking Leipzig's Mohammed Simakan with PSG.

Simakan made 41 competitive appearances for the German Red Bulls across all competitions last season. He started in RB head-coach Domenico Tedesco's back-three in the DFL Supercup, yet made way for Klostermann in the opening day draw away at Stuttgart. One assumes that, with Klostermann injured, Simakan's regular role in the starting XI should be solidified.
Simakan remains under contract with Leipzig through 2026.
