Having lost their first two Champions League games of the season, RB Leipzig will be desperate to open their points account with a win against Celtic on Wednesday evening.

'Die Roten Bullen' have won two and lost two games in all competitions since Marco Rose replaced Domenico Tedesco following an embarrassing 1-4 defeat at Red Bull Arena against Shakhtar Donetsk.

"What happened in our game against Shakhtar is behind us now. That taught us that we have to be fully committed in every game, regardless of who the opposition is. We want to show that tomorrow," insisted Leipzig midfielder Dominik Szoboszlai at today's pre-match press conference.

Most recently, Rose's troops crushed bottom-placed Bochum 4-0 at the Red Bull Arena, and that win should give them confidence heading into Wednesday's Champions League clash, although they have a different kind of task ahead of them this time.

"Celtic are an attacking side and have a clear playing style. They're really fun to watch. They're a good footballing team and we're set up for them," Rose noted.

Leipzig remain without Dani Olmo, Lukas Klostermann and Konrad Laimer, but Yussuf Poulsen is fit again after illness.

Starfelt will miss out for Celtic, while Giakoumakis and Carter-Vickers are doubtful.
