Marvin Ducksch has played every game for Werder Bremen so far this season, but he will not be featuring against SC Paderborn in the DFB-Pokal tomorrow.

In a statement tonight, 'The Green-Whites' have announced that Ducksch will not be part of their squad for tomorrow's match due to a disciplinary issue.

"We can only be successful as a team if everyone sticks to the rules," Werder coach Ole Werner is quoted as saying.

"Leaving Marvin out of the squad has settled the issue for us. Marvin will then prepare for the match in Freiburg with the team from Thursday."
