Kicker Report: Dortmund seek to offload "problem child" Braaf

Germany's preeminent footballing publication reports that Borussia Dortmund are looking to offload young Dutch talent Jayden Braaf.
After signing from Machester City this past summer, Dutch forward Jayden Braaf has made just seven appearances for the Borussia Dortmund U23s. In an article appearing on Kicker Magazine's website early Monday evening, contributing journalist Leon Elspaß writes the BVB are prepared to give up on the 20-year-old after multiple performance and discipline issues.

The once heralded youngster has, per Elspaß, has been looking selfish and listless on the pitch whilst incurring multiple fines for breaking club rules. Elspaß writes that, after repeatedly violating club protocol during the BVB's recent Asia Tour, Braaf was placed on zero-tolerance probation entering the new calendar year.

Dortmund's personnel management is now supposedly fed up after the striker's behavior did not improve after reporting to camp. An immediate transfer is being sought. Two Serie A sides, Hellas Verona and Udinese Calcio, are listed as potential takers for the talent who did bring some previous behavioral baggage with him.

Braaf did play for Udinese on loan during the spring of 2021.
