Schwarz: 20-year-old Scherhant "definitely a candidate to start" for Hertha
Hertha BSC coach Sandro Schwarz has waxed lyrical about Derry Scherhant, saying the youngster is "definitely a candidate to start" against Bochum.

With Chidera Ejuke (knee) and Dodi Lukebakio (suspended) ruled out, the young attacker is a candidate to start after impressing during the winter break.
"Regardless of the fact that 'Chidi' and Dodi are out, you have to say that Derry has taken a particular step up in terms of his development," Hertha coach Sandro Schwarz told reporters ahead of the game.
"He has been working well against the ball and is definitely a candidate to start."
Scherhant has made two substitute appearances for Hertha so far. He has featured 43 times for the reserves, racking up 20 goals and nine assists.
