The agent representing footballing superstars Robert Lewandowski, David Alaba, and Christopher Nkunku has a new client. Like the mentioned trio, Leverkusen's Jonathan Tah is now presumably seeking a way out of Germany under the guidance of Israeli power broker Pini Zahavi. The 26-year-old has seen his estimated market value decline from a peak of €40 million in 2018 to €20 million today.

Once considered the natural heir to Jerome Boateng on the German national team, the physically gifted central midfielder's stock has been dipping after famous errors committed on the pitch for both club and country over the past few years. He's floated in and out of the Leverkusen starting XI in the past three seasons. One can nevertheless not deny the natural gifts of the nearly two-meters-tall center-halve.

Tah has often been linked with a Premier League switch; where his height and physicality would find better use. Stephan van Nocks of Germany's Kicker Magazine reports that Tah's current contract with Germany's red company team - good through the end of 2025 - does contain an exit clause that Leverkusen could cash in on.
