Bayer Leverkusen centre-back Jonathan Tah has a release clause of 18 million euros in his contract, according to Bild.

However, the clause must be triggered before it expires at the end of June, the German tabloid reports.

West Ham are said to be interested in the Bayer Leverkusen defender. Tottenham and a number of Italian clubs have also been linked with his signature.

Tah, 28, is contracted to Leverkusen until 2025. He has been playing for the club since 2015.
