Bayer Leverkusen centre-back Jonathan Tah has attracted interest from Leicester City, according to Kicker.
Kicker claims that Tah has been contacted by Leicester City scout Lee Congerton "some time ago".
The two know each other, because Congerton worked as a technical director at Hamburger SV while the 24-year-old played for the club.
Tah is understood to be top of Leicester's wishlist alongside 19-year-old Saint-Etienne defender Wesley Fofana.
The 24-year-old, who has a €40 million release clause, could potentially make the switch to King Power Stadium on an initial loan deal, as per The Telegraph.
After slipping down the pecking order at BayArena during last season, Tah has watched Leverkusen's two first games of the new season from the bench.
