It took six subsequent negative tests for winger Serge Gnabry to be released from quarantine after first testing positive for the novel coronavirus last week. Two German websites report that defender Niklas Süle has tested negative at least once since returning a positive test this Monday and may be able to rejoin the team pending 2-3 more negative results.

As of yet, there has been no official confirmation from the club. Website Ligainsider.de confirms the aggregate reporting, yet also stressed that the FCB have not responded to inquiries about the veracity of the claim.
