Hertha BSC have announced that Jhon Cordoba is set for a spell on the sidelines after sustaining an ankle injury in Saturday's 3-0 win over Augsburg.

Speaking to reporters after the game, Hertha coach Bruno Labbadia said he expects the striker to be out for the rest of 2020.

"I assume that he will not be available for the rest of the year," said Labbadia, according to Kicker.

Cordoba has scored three goals in seven games this season.
