Following the dismissal of Lucien Favre, Dortmund have put Edin Terzic in charge until the end of the season, at which point the club are reportedly hoping to bring in Rose as a long-term solution.
Eberl, however, isn't expecting to say goodbye to Rose, who is still under contract until 2022 at Borussia-Park.
"We're very happy and hope he will stay with us. We have a very good relationship. I'm not worried about it," the Gladbach boss told Sky and added:
"He has a contract, and we are successful. There is a 99 percent chance that he will stay beyond the summer."
According to Sport Bild, Rose has a €5 million release clause in his contract. Asked by the German publication if such a fee would be appropriate, Eberl responded with a simple 'no'.
