Schalke set to appoint new sporting director
Schalke 04 are reportedly set to introduce Mathias Schober as their new sporting director.
Mathias Schober is in line to be named new Schalke 04 sporting director, according to Sky and Sport1.
The former goalkeeper has been working as a youth coordinator at the Gelsenkirchen side since 2012.
Schober has reportedly already started helping head of sport Peter Knäbel prepare for the new season in Bundesliga 2.
With four games left to play this season, Schalke are certain to be relegated from the Bundesliga.
