Mainz snap up Jae-sung Lee
Jae-sung Lee has completed his switch to Mainz.
Mainz have sealed the capture of South Korean international Jae-sung Lee on a three-year deal.
The 28-year-old makes the switch to Opel Arena on a free transfer after his contract with Holstein Kiel expired.
"Jae-sung Lee has been a defining player personality in the 2. Bundesliga over the past three ," said Mainz sporting director Christian Heidel.
"He is a real asset to our team with his qualities, is a very intelligent player, moves well between the lines offensively and is always a goal threat in the box. He is also a tireless, strong pressing player and passionate tackler. We are very pleased that he will become a 05'er."
