Nastasic touted for Fiorentina return
Matija Nastasic is being linked with a return to his former club Fiorentina.
Fiorentina are said to be interested in acquiring the services of Schalke 04 defender Matija Nastasic.
According to Italian transfer market expert Gianluca Di Marzio, Fiorentina have made an inquiry for the 28-year-old, who played for the Serie A side between 2012 and 2015.
Schalke sporting director Rouven Schröder recently confirmed that the Gelsenkirchen side want to offload Nastasic following their relegation to the 2. Bundesliga.
According to reports, Schalke would be willing to let the centre-back leave on a free transfer to get him off their books.
Nastasic has one year left on his contract with 'The Royal Blues'.
