VfL Wolfsburg have agreed a deal to sign Sebastiaan Bornauw from FC Köln, according to Bild.

After weeks of negotiations, it's reported that the two clubs finally found an agreement on the transfer of the 22-year-old centre-back yesterday.

Per the report, Wolfsburg will pay €15 million plus a potential €2 million in bonuses to acquire Bornauw.

Bornauw will most likely be brought in to replace Maxence Lacroix, who has been linked with a switch to RB Leipzig.
