Hertha BSC coach Pal Dardai says he is waiting for the club to make new signings following the departures of Sami Khedira, Jhon Cordoba as well as loan duo Matteo Guendouzi and Nemanja Radonjic.

"It's an open secret that something has to happen because we have given away quality. We continue to wait and work," Dardai told Bild after yesterday's 1-1 friendly draw with VfB Lübeck.

According to reports, Hertha are in talks with Olympique Marseille to sign Radonjic on a permanent deal.

In addition to the 25-year-old, the German capital club are been linked with two other wingers in the shape of Maxwell Cornet (Olympique Lyon) and Filip Kostic (Eintracht Frankfurt).

Meanwhile, Hertha are in 'very good talks' to sign 21-year-old attacking midfielder Jurgen Ekkelenkamp from Ajax, according to Bild.

23-year-old CKSA Moscow midfielder Nikola Vlasic is another player that has been mentioned in connection with the Bundesliga club.
